Job Description
Responsible to drive project deliverables such as RAN detailed planning, optimization, solutioning, technical proposal review and rollout execution. Govern and monitor the regionals Wireless Network RAN KPI. Responsible for the governance of the MSP partner and KPI deliverables. Key interface to Technical Head of Regions and Head of Region sales. Interface external parties in the region i.e. MCMC, Regulatory, OLNOs, network collaboration initiatives. Key interface as Wireless representative to Network Integration and Consolidation department for all RAN planning related matters.
Responsibilities

RAN Planning & Optimization: Lead and execute detailed RAN planning, network optimization, and technical solutioning. Review and assess technical proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives. Oversee network rollout execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deployment.

KPI Governance & Monitoring: Govern and monitor regional Wireless Network RAN KPIs, ensuring performance meets defined benchmarks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network quality and efficiency.

MSP Partner & Vendor Management: Manage MSP partner governance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPI deliverables. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic guidance to MSPs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as the key interface for Technical Head of Regions and Head of Region Sales for all RAN-related matters. Engage with external parties, including regulatory bodies (MCMC), OLNOs, and network collaboration partners.

Network Integration & Consolidation Coordination: Serve as the primary Wireless representative for RAN planning within the Network Integration and Consolidation department. Align RAN strategies with overall network integration and expansion initiative
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in RAN planning, optimization, and network deployment.

Strong understanding of wireless technologies (4G, 5G) and network performance metrics.

Experience in Huawei and ZTE related tools.

Experience in managing vendors and ensuring SLA compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in telecommunications.
