Job Description

  • Subject Matter Expert who is responsible for end-to-end IT Development & Operation of Campaign / Platform.
  • Manage the development of all applications, modules and integration components that directly support Campaign.
  • To provide technical support for the operations of the Campaign / Loyalty platform.
  • Participate in and provide input into all technical design work and to ensure design and development of all new components comply with 
    • CelcomDigi standards (current and future) including architecture, infrastructure, and security.
    • Best practices (e.g., integration, rules, and workflow components), Highest level of reusability.
  • Contribute and enhance the improvement require for existing process.
  • Manage Internal and External stakeholders / Partners and Vendors in the delivery of capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder (IT or related technical preferred) with IT and/or SI project management.
  • Expert in Campaign / Loyalty / CEP platform. 
  • Strong technical string in Linux, Oracle, HBase, Cloudera, Teradata.
  • Certification in related areas preferred.
  • Prior experience in large scale enterprise integration projects preferred.
  • Experience in Technology and Development Management. 
  • Experience in Campaigns and rewards systems (eg: Mviva, CMP etc )
  • Experience in Telco industry  is an added advantage. 
  • Experience in cloud architecture and solutioning is an added advantage.
