End to End Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

Oversees SR/CR delivery processes, ensuring best practices, team collaboration, and effective communication. Manages resources, optimizes efficiency, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery. Facilitates cross-functional activities, monitors compliance, and drives continuous improvement in SR/CR processes and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the domain teams adheres to the best practice, and guidelines for SR/CR delivery process.
• Facilitates the domain teams for self-manage and cross-functional activities and ensure good communication between internal and external team members.
• Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery for SR or CR within SLA.
• Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
• Ensure to follow IT Release Management process and cut offs time for all SR/CR’s.
• To track, validate and optimize resources (man days utilization) in the areas of cost and work efficiency.
• Participate and provide feedback in SDF meeting related to SR/CR’s for new assignment.
• Evaluate and makes contributions for improvement on the SR/CR delivery process.
• Manage the relationship between CelcomDigi teams and vendors for performance improvement.
• Evaluate and makes contributions for improvement on the SR/CR delivery process.
• Supports a compliance culture, ensures strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Software Engineering or any related field, 5 - 7 years equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of multiple product and service groups and their interdependencies to software lifecycles.
• Ability to work closely with a Product Owner to understand the backlog, clarify requirements, and ensure the team has a clear direction is another key aspect.
• Experience working with Business Users to prioritize work, understand requirements, and communicate progress is beneficial
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is essential
• Experience with delivery coordination such as, project management, or a similar leadership role.
• Familiarity with testing, deployment, and change and release management processes.
• Previous experience in Agile practices or Scrum is highly valuable. Having worked in a Scrum team or on an Agile project is ideal.
• Experience with tracking progress and using metrics to improve team performance is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MasterCraft and/or ITSM.
• Experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and risk management
• Experience working across different roles (solution, development, QA, Operations) and business stakeholders to ensure the successful of CR delivery.
