Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own system harmonization & enhancement roadmap for Sales App, Distribution Management System, and Wallet
• Organise & lead business requirement gathering workshop, perform demand risk assessment and create jira for all demand request 
• Work closely with IT Solution & Digital for requirement solutioning & review with stakeholder
• Work closely with project manager/coordinator to ensure timely delivery of any demand/ project
• Prepare business justification/ Investment Proposal and present for change approval to IT committee
• Organize a cadence for individual demand with business stakeholder to update progress and prepare for rollout
• Ensure test data is requested and maintained for user acceptance testing (UAT) and post verification testing (PVT) usage
• Lead & involve in testing planning for UAT & PVT with business stakeholder & ensure testing is concluded timely 
• Facilitate and support cross-functional activities required to achieve the planned objectives 
• Ensure change management is properly planned and executed with business stakeholder prior to nationwide rollout 
• Provide weekly update to Sales Automation & Digitization secretariat for all project & demand progress

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in industry field and a knack for creative problem-solving
• At least 3 years of experience in related roles 
• Manage many cross functional teams within organization
• Experience in project management 
• Well versed in system development life cycle
• People centric
• Strong stakeholder management & engagement
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in business analysis
• Good project management skills
