Job Description

This is a 12-months contract role. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Change Coordinator – manage, review, assess & solutionize any change request from Sales & Retail stakeholder & work closely with Technology & Digital to execute and ensure progress
  • Requirement analysis- collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders & developer to understand requirements & technical specification. Translate business requirement into test cases & scenarios
  • Test strategy & planning - Develop and document comprehensive test strategies that align with business goals and project timelines. Define test plans, including the scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and deliverables for the testing phase
  • Test case development – design, develop & review test cases based on business requirements
  • Test execution – execute test & lead execution of test cases, coordinate & oversee testing activities across different teams. Manage defect tracking & ensure it is fixed in a timely manner
  • Stakeholder communication – act as the main point of contact for all change request and testing related activities within Sales & Retail. Communicate change request progress, testing progress, issues, risks & results to stakeholder
  • Quality assurance – Ensure the quality of the testing process by establishing best practices and continuously improving testing methodologies
  • Team leadership & coordination – Lead and mentor testers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful test execution. Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and monitor team performance to meet project deadlines

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in industry field and a knack for creative problem-solving
  • At least 3 years of experience in related roles 
  • Excellent communication & leadership skill
  • Strong stakeholder management & engagement
  • Experience in business analysis & customer service
  • Analytic and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) will give an added advantages
