Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will be responsible to deliver highly successful and innovative retail initiatives, in-store customer and staff reward programs to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Champion Retail Culture:
- Act as a role model and change agent to embrace and promote CD Retail Culture.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce our cultural values and enhance staff engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to execute culture-related initiatives.
- Support performance management with regional teams.
Project Management and Execution:
- Manage and execute projects aligned with the Retail Culture Plan.
- Obtain stakeholder approval for formulated plans and initiatives.
Data Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze cultural trends and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on relevant reports.
Sales and Service Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor retail sales and service performance.
- Provide feedback for store improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Certification/Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in relevant field
- Years of experience: 5-8 years
- Relevant work experience in education, Retailing or hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of retail business and management
- Excellent planning & organizing skills
- Strong people management skills, approachable, responsible and has good listening skills
- Strong and effective communicator.
- Ability to motivate and influence people
- Positive, passionate, collaborative, creative, A self-starter, A team player, resourceful and ability to perform under pressure
