SAP SD & WM Consultant
Job Description:
Focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining the Sales and Distribution (SD) & Warehouse Management (WM) (project mode & support mode). module within the SAP ERP system, managing all aspects of a company's sales process including customer orders, pricing, billing, delivery, and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth customer order fulfillment within the SAP platform.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in cross SAP / S4HANA modules integration such as Financial & Consolidation and Enterprise Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience in full cycle of SAP / S4HANA implementation, roll out projects and support.
- Able to implement on existing SAP / S4HANA platform for roll out projects (standard & customization functionality and reports).
- Able to understand and capture business process requirement; experience in gathering and documenting user requirement to produce Business Blueprint Process documentation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in documentation of Functional Specification, Configuration Notes, SIT script, UAT script, training/user guide, support guide and other documentation related to project.
- Experience conducting workshop, UAT and training session with business users.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Extensive functional knowledge and can advise best SAP / S4HANA approach towards solutioning.
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, and/or financial subjects.
- More than 3 years IT experience in related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in customer facing solutions. Software application implementation experience is a merit.
- Knowledge of programming skills is a prerequisite; Ability to use one more development language.
- Strong communication skills; Ability to work in a team; Ability to communicate and influence with tact and diplomacy.
- Eye for detail and identifying problems; Strong process and analytical skills, able to identify solutions to complex problems.
- Experience of software development lifecycle is essential; examples of requirements specifications will be requested.
- Experience in the use of common business and systems analysis methodologies and modelling tools
- Experience as a lead analyst or managing the work of other analysts is desirable.
- Strong business and customer focus.
- Ability to work within a demanding environment, being the key contributor to fast-moving product development processes.
- Ability to work reactively and proactively.
- Demonstrable numerical, analytical, and verbal skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in SAP / S4HANA and other financial platforms would be an advantage.
- Competency in Project Management (prepare project budget, resource management, project plan / activities, manage project end to end activities and progress update to stakeholders etc.)
- Experience in any cloud-based implementation & open-source tools in file processing, reports and workflow. Added advantage in ETL Tools, Workflow application development and cloud computing services (e.g., Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google cloud platform, Azure)
- Knowledge of SOAP/Restful API development.
- Knowledge of python & RDBMS like MySQL, Postgres, etc. Experience in Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL scripting knowledge will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership/management/decision making.
