Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will oversee the planning, execution and maintenance of new and existing device ownership solutions across the ecosystem in areas such as trade-in platforms, payment modes, channel development, co-marketing and partnerships. You will manage and develop external partners whilst exploring opportunities with internal stakeholders to develop unique solutions that can enhance device ownership experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage acquisition and retention of buyers (dealer) base to e-commerce (B2B) platform. Plan and develop trade programs and activities i.e. awareness to engage existing and new potential buyers/dealers.
- Plan and manage development of UI/UX and features to improve the user experience in the e-commerce platform. Manage buyers catalogue content including monthly product listing, offers
- Stakeholders management including internal and external parties comprises channel sales planning, e-commerce portal developer, 3PL partner to ensure required deliverables within the ecosystem can be achieve.
- Manage business reporting requirement i.e. sales performance, market insights, presentation of performance review to management
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any discipline/ Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform management, marketing preferably in B2B environment
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with a varied audience of different levels
- Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint as role involve frequent presentation to stakeholders on plans and performance
- Good skills in Microsoft excel as role require frequent data massaging and analysis to convert into business insight
- Project management skills to manage plans / launch roll out
