Job Description

  • Identify and create common tools, methods, techniques and systems that have significant impact on company culture in alignment with business transformation agenda. 
  • Select, develop and facilitate Culture Ambassadors throughout the whole organization to drive the desired culture for CelcomDigi.
  • Benchmark, design and develop measurement system or indicators to monitor and assess the awareness, acceptance and assimilation of the desired cultural values throughout the company. 
  • Consult and facilitate the respective division throughout the organization in their culture change programs /processes to ensure change management is carried out effectively to support business transformation. 
  • Identify issues that hinders cultural transformation and propose interventions to bridge the gap in realizing the desired corporate culture.
  • Monitor the corporate culture evolution on a regular basis, adapt and modify cultural activities accordingly in order to meet the set goals.
  • Keep abreast with the latest cultural approach, methodology and tools as well as adopt the relevant practices or principles so as to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the cultural transformation programs.
  • Train, coach and inspire Culture Ambassadors as well as lead and manage complex issues or programs so as to deliver the desired change where employees will live the values and apply them in everyday work setting.
     

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 5- 8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to establish an emotional connection for employees across the whole organization
  • Strong planning and organization skills to carry out events for employees
  • Strong influencing and communication skills (written and spoken) 
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills (extrovert, positive attitude, proactive and approachable)
