Job Description

You are:

  • Strong at managing KPIs and deliverables to ensure it is aligned with Company’s ambition and goals
  • Passionate in understanding what drives performance of the Company and its line of businesses 
  • Passionate in analysing numbers, data and delivering insights through your analysis 
  • Driven in finding opportunities or solutions to close gaps and heighten Company’s performance 

 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop various reports (including cohort) for both Celcom & Digi product 
  • To provide data insights with proposed action plans
  • To support HoS in business deep dive analysis through data analysis 
  • To manage company-wide periodic, financial and operational dashboards
  • To establish harmonize profitability report by product/segment for Celcom & Digi 
  • To assist in Accounting Separation exercise and provide necessary data set
  • To drive automation and refinement of financial dashboard

 

Your Merits:

  • Possess degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or others related, with strong mathematical/logical background
  • Experience being data analyst, or with revenue assurance experience – minimum 5 years 
  • Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skill and solid understanding of business information systems
  • Solid and advanced SQL skillset & able to write/develop new queries
  • Work experience of 7 years, preferably in Telco industry
