Job Reponsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise platforms and the service ecosystem, encompassing enterprise platforms and other CelcomDigi IT/network elements.
- Develop recommendations for enhancing both new and existing products within the Enterprise Platforms & Ecosystems domain.
- Oversee multiple projects, including service requests, change requests, upgrades, transformations, optimizations, business/product development, and IT/network-initiated technical initiatives, while prioritizing deliverables effectively within the enterprise service domain.
- Provide regular updates to project teams, enterprise management, and internal/external stakeholders regarding project status, key highlights, challenges, next steps, and timelines.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify and address top pain points within assigned enterprise platform service domains.
- Lead or assist cross-functional teams (business, IT, network, and external partners) in managing service and technical issues within enterprise service domains.
- Support partner/customer onboarding, network and application integration, and go-live exercises related to enterprise platform service domains.
- Manage all partners and vendors within the enterprise platform service ecosystem, ensuring adherence to agreed performance SLAs.
- Explore innovative solutions to align with and support CelcomDigi’s business objectives and strategic goals.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with a strong technical background, particularly in enterprise messaging, BSS, billing, and charging solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile network services, including data, voice, and SMS.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, complemented by strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with and experience in Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
