Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will lead Data Intelligence & Process Transformation team and provide support to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in delivering timely management reporting and insights for key management decision purposes.
You are:-
- Strong at managing KPIs and deliverables to ensure it is aligned with Company’s ambition and goals
- Passionate in understanding what drives performance of the Company and its line of businesses
- Passionate in analysing numbers, data and delivering insights through your analysis
- Driven in finding opportunities or solutions to close gaps and heighten Company’s performance
Responsibilities:-
- Manage company wide periodic (weekly, monthly) financial dashboard and drive automation and refinement of financial dashboards
- Lead in designing of management reporting for consumption by management, where possible to automate
- Collaborate with CEO Office & Group Strategy to develop/provide input for LOB KPI tracking and performance management
- Conduct and oversee commercial & financial deep dive analysis, including cohort analysis and insights reporting, to support HoS Commercial Performance Management and HoD FP&A
- Establish and maintain profitability framework and report for consumption by LOB
- Regular maintenance of source reports for FP&A analysis purposes
- Lead as Finance Data Governance rep and co-ordinate & resolve gaps with Commercial/IT stakeholders where necessary
- Manage Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) in SAP, to maintain the profitability module and ensure effective management and optimisation
Requirements:-
- Possess degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or others related, with strong mathematical/logical background
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and solid understanding on business information systems
- Equipped with solid and advanced SQL skillset and able to write/develop new queries
- Proactive & positive mindset, result oriented and able to lead and coach team members and work closely with senior leaders
- Ability to articulate messages and develop presentation slides with support analysis findings, including post-mortem analysis
- Possess strong presentation skillset, ability to present to management team as and when required
- Experience in telco industry is an added advantage
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience
