Job Description
- Driven Sales Hunter; resourceful and committed to an aggressive sales strategy, with over 5 years of experience in delivering impactful elevator pitches and building trust to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Quick to understand complex concepts and adept at customizing IT business solutions that not only address client challenges but also enhance their daily operations and overall business performance.
- Empathetic and responsive, serving as the primary contact for clients. Dedicated to providing top-notch service by efficiently resolving issues and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Actively engages with key stakeholders at all levels within both CelcomDigi and client organizations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Highly skilled in convincing and negotiating contracts and agreements that create win-win situations for both clients and CelcomDigi.
- Flexible with scheduling and willing to travel nationwide to meet and support clients’ needs.
- Initiates action independently while remaining attuned to market changes and fostering teamwork.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT, technology, or telecommunications.
- Excellent communication, public relations, strategic thinking, execution, and interpersonal skills, combined with a charismatic presence.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and operational teams.
- Sales experience in providing telecommunications or ICT solutions to large corporate clients.
- Positive, passionate, collaborative, approachable, trustworthy, creative, and courageous.
- A disciplined, energetic self-starter and team player with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure and challenging environments.
