Role Summary
The Sales Manager will oversee all allocated area's Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives to drive growth in Prepaid and Postpaid businesses, mentoring them to achieve target set upon. Responsibilities include managing cluster performance, planning sales strategies, and participating in on-ground activities to boost revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives to maximize their performance and potential
- Develop and execute quarterly tactical sales program
- Monitor dealers' performance and troubleshoot product-related queries
- Responsible for cluster performance and health
- Plan and execute overall Open Channel expansion
Requirements
- Must possess own transport with valid licenses
- Flexible
- able to work during weekend or at odd hours
- Planning and execution skills for sales related campaigns
