ERP Data Migration Specialist
- Review migration strategy and approach for SAP Functional Module (GL, AP, AR, AA, MFRS15, MFRS16, Bank Accounting)
- Collaborate with SI partners, business owners and project team leads to define the migration strategy and approach on
- Data cleansing, data extraction, data transformation, data mapping activities required
- Data extraction mechanism from the source systems with 3rd party vendors
- Delivery of Data Migration Mapping Document
- Data synching and data integrity, availability, accuracies across different systems
- Lead and conduct workshops together with SI partners with business owners to define the migration strategy and approach
- Identify and document the risks associated for the strategy and approach and provide mitigations for the risks to Financial Controller and CFO
- Collaborate with SI partners, business owners and project team leads to define the migration strategy and approach on
- Review plan for migration tasks created by SI partners
- To review/develop plans for multiple migration runs (sample trial, full load and dry run)
- Develop QA plan to ensure accuracy and completeness of data to be migrated, cleansed, populated and synchronized across multiple systems are accurate for current and historical data
- Define what are the success criteria for this migration run and exception handling mechanisms together with vendor/SI partner
- Execution of planned migration tasks
- Work with migration partners including vendors to co-ordinate activities for migration
- Drive data cleansing activities with business stakeholders and provide timely reporting of data cleansing progress
- Review data reconciliation after synching across various systems to ensure it meets the migration success criteria defined in the plan
- Cutover to Production and post cutover support
- Review freeze period (if any) and recommend processes that is required to miminise business disruptions
- Monitor, review data reconciliation post cutover and provide necessary support and collabolarate with SI partners/vendor on data related issues post cutover/hypercare period
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field

10-15 years of experience on Finance data migration, with solid understanding of core SAP S4/HANA Finance module

Experienced in end to end implementation of SAP S4/HANA for Finance module, Finance system related integration activities

Detailed oriented, strong analytical skill, capability of self-learning, flexible and able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and growing organisation/environment
