Job Description
You are creative and able to ideate or give recommendation on content direction and formats. Clear in communications and ability to manage stakeholders across different functions and levels effectively.
Responsibilities
Strategic Content & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute content strategies and campaigns aligned with product and brand goals.
- Manage content calendars and amplify content across social media.
Social Platform Optimization:
- Manage and optimize CelcomDigi's social media presence.
- Passionate about helping the brand remain relevant via social media campaigns and content.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct social listening and generate performance reports with actionable insights. Able to present findings cohesively to stakeholders.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Facilitate content production across various formats, supported by agency / in–house content team. This includes storyboarding, copywriting, and any other information required for content production.
- Develop production briefs and compelling copy.
Community & Influencer Engagement:
- Manage KOL relationships and engage with the online community.
Crisis & Event Support:
- Provide social media support during crises and events.
Strategic Contribution:
- Contribute to social platform strategy, champion brand spirit, and monitor competitors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications and well versed with social platforms.
- Has a good understanding on the functionalities of social media platforms
- Passionate in growing followers and improve content performance
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
