Job Description: 

Overview

Intern will be trained on overall customer journey and assigned to front facing customers that require non-sales services at CD Stores.

 

  • CD intern placed at designated CD Store is required to arrive at CD Store punctually at 9.30 a.m to participate in morning briefing and subsequently get ready to greet and service CD customers, including guiding customers at store kiosk if required
  • CD intern is expected to support CD Store in doing show and tell , creating creative and engaging content ( mainly short videos ) on social media platforms, mainly Tiktok, Instagram and Workplace , and driving customers’ digital adoption
  • CD intern is expected to serve customers and support the store as required or needed by Retail Leader & Specialists, mainly on non-sales transactions and services that doesn’t require any system and tool access

Minimum requirement

  • Currently studying and fulfilling internship period (Degree)
  • Physically fit and able to fit into the retail working environment
  • Commit to minimum internship placement period 
  • Able to commute to designated CD Store independently , adhere to five workings day schedule ( 9.30 a.m – 6.30 p.m )


Language fluency and desirable skills to be developed

  • Ability to handle customers and develop good customer relationship , being outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in Malay and English, with other dialects being additional advantage
  • Social media literate which means being creativity in content creation and able to upload content into main social media platforms
