Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators to ensure sustainable market and revenue growth across Public Sector, Corporate, SME, and Indirect segments.
- Lead the development and execution of an enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals within the designated region.
- Inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Formulate effective sales strategies supported by detailed execution plans that align with revenue targets.
- Develop and execute an Account Management Plan to gain in-depth insights into customer needs and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Create and implement customer retention strategies to sustain the existing client base while driving expansion within current portfolios.
- Track, review, and mentor the team to ensure achievement of KPIs, EBITDA, and overall profitability.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategic plans for key accounts to proactively address competition and secure long-term client loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership in enterprise sales, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the [Region] market, including key industries, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to reach collective goals.
