Unit Head, Sales Management (Northern)
Role Summary
This is a fixed term contract role. Office based in Jelutong, Penang.
Operationalizing Fibre Acquisition sales management involves planning, developing, and executing sales tasks to meet revenue and acquisition targets. This includes managing the sales and distribution of CelcomDigi's fibre products, leading efficient distribution networks, and implementing effective trade activities to boost market share. Furthermore, it entails building strong dealer networks to expand CelcomDigi's point-of-presence and customer reach through robust partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Operationalize Fibre Acquisition sales management includes plan, develop and execute of sales tasks, sales performance & activities to achieve revenue and Fibre Acquisition sales targets.
- Manage sales and distribution of Celcomdigi’s Fibre Products (Fibre, SME Fibre, Entertainment Box, IOT’s and others) to achieve/exceed Fibre Acquisition sales targets and expand customer base.
- Lead and manage efficient distribution networks to achieve sales objective.
- Manage and implement efficient and creative trade activities for the assigned territory and target setting for each channel/team to increase CelcomDigi Fibre market share.
- Collaborate and develop strong, robust and dynamic networks of dealers to increase CelcomDigi’s Point-of-Presence (POP) and touch-points through solid rapport building with business/trade partners.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years working experience
- Minimum Degree in Accounting/Business/Marketing or any related field
- Sales (Direct or Channel)
- Have experience in People management
- Broad knowledge of telco or Fibre biz ( preferred but not essential)
- Understanding the biz & consumer landscape in the region
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Negotiation skills.
- Information seeking and result oriented.
- Self-Motivated and Resourceful
